Payments
We have recently change to using Paypal as our Credit and Debit card processor, this gives the customer security an confidence in buying from us. You do not have to have a Paypal account to process your transactioon as they take payment without the need to set up an account. If you experience any problems with processing your order through Paypal please contact us in the first instance.
Out of Stock Items
In the unlikely event that any item(s) are out of stock, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity, offering you the option of a full refund, substitute, or expected full delivery date. We will not send any alternative item(s) unless previously agreed with you.
Returns/Refund Policy
At Sparkling-Celebrations.co.uk we are committed to giving you the best possible products, prices and service.
Should any product purchased from Sparkling-Celebrations.co.uk be found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or differing from the description given in the listing then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer. All returns must be notified to Sparkling-Celebrations.co.uk within 7 days of delivery of the product.
In the event of a customer purchasing an item from Sparkling-Celebrations.co.uk mistakenly and through no fault of Sparkling-Celebrations.co.uk, we will be pleased to replace or refund (minus the postage charge) the item provided that the original item is returned to Sparkling-Celebrations.co.uk unused and in saleable condition. We are unable to offer refund or replacements to personalised items, handmade items, earrings, jewellery or food products unless faulty, this is due to hygiene reasons.
Privacy
Sparkling-Celebrations.co.uk do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment (ie. to our courier/Royal Mail). In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
